Azelienne – Exchange & Refund Policy
Every Azelienne piece is crafted with intention and inspected with care. As part of our boutique philosophy, all purchases are considered final sale – we do not accept exchanges or returns except in the rare case of:
A manufacturing defect
An incorrect item being sent.
If receive a Defective or Incorrect item:
- Email azeliennefashions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.
- Once approved, you will be guided to return the item to our business address.
- Upon confirmation of the defect or error, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
All refunds are made to the original payment method.
