Exchange or Refunds
At Azelienne Jewelry, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please read our exchange or refund policy carefully.
1. Exchange Policy
* We accept exchange only under the following conditions:
* Parcel opening video is must from unopened package to complete unpacking for any damaged products.
* You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
* The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
* The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and bill.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. It the exchange is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
Important: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is received in a damaged or incorrect state.
